a very simple improvement
How about a hair stylist / hair cutter that modifies your hair cut and color.
Since it is already implemented at character creation, it should be pretty easy to add this into the game. One hair cutter in every (big) town would be nice.
The reason why I ask is that my first character (a female necro) has a totaly wrong hair cut and color. When I created her she had a green dress and since I did not know that only the color of the clothes are changeable I made her with green hair. Now she has red scars all over her body and green hair. it look awful and green scars look even more aweful!

I liked the way Everquest did this, you could go back and change anything that was in creation screen anytime you wanted. Hair, face, eyes, skin tone....

Really, it would be a good idea.

you could have just figured out what the armor looks like eventually and made the hair match that. Meh, does sound like an easy solution, but doesn't really sound like a useful one, IMO.

A "makeover" would be a nice idea. I like by chrachters current looks, but something different would me nice. Differnt hair color or hair cut style.

HAHA kinda like Carl Johnson on GTA SA you can fully customize his looks. I'd like to see a hair barber or something as I'm content with everything else about my character but would like to try different things with her hair.

What if you have a bad hair day? I think your character should only be allowed to change hair stuff if the gender is "female." That would more accuartely depict real-life. *snicker*

Don't you ever see males go to a barber, where do you live :P. (This is not supposed to be offensive ). And you should see my brother, he can take just as much time whit his hair then any woman .
Anyway, any kind of customization would be good.
